Percussion For Playboys - full album now available for download!!
Ladies and gents, I decided I'd make an album I reviewed back a few months ago, Percussion For Playboys, available for download in full. It's a great, obscure old LP with a beautiful cheesecake cover (shown above) --- one that is out-of-print and unavailable elsewhere on the web, as far as I know.
Just so that you're aware, I'm rather skittish about making too much music available for download on this blog --- the last thing I want is to get shut down for copyright violations. I try to share only those albums that are out-of-print, and those that are reasonably scarce as well.
Now you know, and, believe me, I wish that they were more lenient about rare music. They aren't, though, and that means I need to watch out. :)
The link is in the comments, and, as usual, feedback about the technical aspects of my remastering job and general quality would be much appreciated.
Enjoy! :)

ReplyDeleteWonderful treat! Thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteWelcome!
DeleteEarly Omega Records are very cool. Thanks very much for this one!
ReplyDeleteYeah, man, they were a pretty good label from back then. Glad you like. :)
DeleteFantastic record! I admit I am a sucker for anything from the Severe Stereo etc. era. Thank you for all you do on your terrific site. P.S. I also especially enjoyed the 2012 Happy Holidays collection, which is how I originally found you. Keep up the great work! I will visit and browse often. As should the rest of you, America!
ReplyDeleteGlad you like! I do my best to keep this music from becoming forgotten, so I love it when people enjoy what I share. :)
DeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteA great record for reviving memories!
